On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered, and it is GRANTED.

We further ORDER that this case be argued and submitted to the Court together with the cases of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co v Enterprise Leasing Co (Docket Nos. 100032-33) and Auto Club Insurance Association v Snappy Car Rental, Inc (Docket No. 102396), at such future session of the Court as the cases are ready for submission.

We further ORDER the appellant to file a brief and appendix in the form and manner provided by MCR 7.306 through MCR 7.309 on or before November 6, 1995, and we ORDER the appellee to file a brief, and appendix if necessary, in accordance with those rules on or before December 4, 1995.
